This project is based on a specific neighborhood that I examined and discovered something strong in it.
The project I created entitled STR.FABRICS_357 was my first idea which came from the many discarded / abandoned items that I found / discovered in the area I examined. Mattresses, sofas, rugs
and other household and decorative items. How can garbage take the form of a work, the course of an object that became garbage in one tangible work. A merge box, inspired by these discards’ street cloth, inside, samples of fabrics with QR codes for information, fabrics with silkscreen from their conversion to bitmap, stickers, and cards.
In short, this idea raised the question for me, that the abandonment of a personal / important object for us, one with our personality and daily life, abandoning it becomes a garbage in the streets without value, that this can become an art form and not be wasted and become rubbish.
