VHS.CY is a variable display Greek font, designed for my thesis.
Its design and concept is based on the cover titles of the Cypriot videotapes.
The created font gives cultural value to this decade (1983-93), where the Cypriot videotapes
appeared and took over the market and fills up a small gap to the typographic field of Greek alphabet.
The font axes are the weight, slant and shadow, characteristics which were found to be common on the VHS titles.
